Placements

The Institution is maintaining a good and strong relationship with industries across the country and as a result, has bulit-up an impressive placement record both in terms of percentage of registered students placed as well as the number of comapnies visiting the campus. AITS is also a member of "JKC".Our placement team works round the year to ensure successful and respectable placements with esteemed organizations.

Activities of the Cell:
1. Arrange training for the students in soft skills. For this we have allotted 2 hours per week for each section from second year onwards to cover communication skills and Analytical Skills.
2. To arrange Expert Lectures from out side institutions to train on Employability Skills.
3. Conducting workshops on

• Aptitude (Arithmetic, Reasoning & Verbal)

• Presentation Skills

• Interpersonal & Behavioral Skills

• Group Discussion Skills

• Interview Skills

• Resume Building Skills

4. Intract with various Industries and establish MOU’s for Recruitment Drives and also for conducting Seminars to make the students aware of the Latest Trends in various areas.
5. To arrange before each recruitment drive a company/specific training session to make the students concentrate on the specific skills required for that Industry.
6. After completion of each recruitment drive, a feedback session for all the students so as to analyze and make the students aware of the reasons for not getting selected. 

The different companies that visited our campus are Syntel, IBM,Tech Mahindra,Wipro, Serence Global Services, Genpact, Kotak Securities, Croma- A TATA Enterprise, ICICI bank, CSS Corp, HCL Business Services, Just Dial, Infosys and about 97 students were placed in the above listed companies for the Academic Year-2010-11.

PLACEMENT DETAILS FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2011-12

• Congratulation to all the selected candidates in HCL On Campus Drive held on 17th Feb 2012.

• All the best to the students who have appeared for the cocubes.com placement drive conducted on 06/02/2012 at AITS, HYDERABAD campus. Around 1000 students appeared from 23 diffirent colleges of Andhra Pradesh.

• Congratulations to the students who have got selected in The COCO-COLA campus drive held on 3rd January, 2012.

• HCL & INFOSYS Off Campus Drives on 23rd Jan 2012.All the best to the students those who are attending the recruitment process.

• An OnCampus recruitment initiative was organized by The Coca Cola Company on 3rd January, 2012. The drive was meant for EEE engineering stream and was aimed at 2012 batch. More than 91 students took part in this mega event. The recruitment process arranged online written tests before final round for 25 students.

• Syntel (NASDAQ: SYNT) is a global company providing integrated IT (Information Technology) and KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) solutions across nearly every industry. Conducted online test on 13^th November and 170 students attended.

• MAQ Software is a digital marketing and technology company. Founded in 2000, the company employs close to 300 people in three engineering centers in Redmond and India (Hyderabad and Mumbai). Conducted aptitude test.

• Riktam Technology Consulting Private Limited is a leading implementer of web and mobile application software and provides services to a variety of clients across a range of industries. Conducted campus drive 100 students attended.

• Founded in 2001, WEBYOG is one of India’s most successful Product Development Companies with no outside funding. It specialize in development of database management tools, data visualization components, search extensions & web applications. Conducted online test on 30^th November and 570 students attended includes neighbouring colleges.

• A Seminar is conducted on aptitude and reasoning for the IV B.Tech students .
