Established in 2005, offers Undergraduate program (B. Tech.) in CSE . The department is having well qualified and experienced faculty members: Professors: 1, Associate Professors: 3, Assistant Professors: 9. Two of the faculty members are doctorates and remaining are postgraduates. One Faculty has submitted his thesis and 3 faculty members are ready to submit thesis. The faculty is a perfect blend of different specializations in Computer Science and Engineering to impart their expertise in handling diversified courses of the UG and PG programs. The teaching methodology in the department goes beyond fulfilling the syllabus requirements of the University, to meet the today's industry needs. Faculty motivates and guides the students to do mini projects in core subjects. Special focus will be given to develop Communication and Soft Skills. The department is having strong association with industries to uplift the student's practical knowledge.
A good number of faculties are attending the conferences/workshops etc., to enhance their quality in academics. To get themselves acquaint with latest technological trends, the faculty also will be deputed to Industrial training during slack period of the academic year. Faculties are being invited to deliver extension lectures by the industries as per their requirements.
MOU's are signed with Industries in around the Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai to establish the Industry-Institution interaction for arranging Industrial visits, to take up live projects and to offer training to the faculty and staff.
At the beginning of each academic year Teacher Training Program is being conducted to train the newly recruited faculty with less than 2 years of experience. During the program Senior Professors of the college will deliver Model Lectures, emphasis the techniques to deliver lecture effectively. Nearly 15 faculty of the department are benefited during the past 5 years.
The student's success rate is above 87% during the previous 5 years. All the laboratory of the department is established spaciously with additional equipment. The equipment student ratio is maintained as 1:1. Additional experiments are being conducted in each lab to facilitate the students towards more practical exposure. In addition to the Central Library, a Library is functioning in the department with 960 volumes to extend reference facility to the faculty and students. Audiovisual classes are conducted as per Time-Table to gain the information regarding latest technologies in the field of Computer Science. Internet facility is provided to students also, so that they can survey literature for the purpose of paper presentations, Mini Projects, Term Papers and Projects.
Lesson plans will be made available in the College Web before beginning of each semester for all courses. Course files and lab handouts are given to the students to give them overall idea about the course they are going to study. Electronic teaching facilities such as LCD and OHP are being extensively used in addition to Lecture method. An exclusive counseling class is included in the Time-table in which each faculty is allotted with 20 students. Students are counseled in these classes and problems pertaining to their academic/personal are provided with solutions.
Students are actively participating in the Co curricular and extra curricular activities organized on a regular basis by the departmental students association. They are encouraged to deliver seminar in regular classes and also to present papers. They involve in the National level students paper contest being conducted by the department every year.
During last few academic years good placement was achieved for the students and the target of 100% placement is well in approach during present academic year.
Students are being trained by conducting extra classes to refresh their knowledge and also required computer software as per the requirements of the company visiting the campus for selections.
Developmental Plans are set to accomplish defined long range and short range goals of the department, to develop the laboratories by adding latest servers and client equipment and further to develop centers of excellency in the focus areas.

Summer Projects: Summer projects for our students are encouraged in the institutes like H.C.U, IIITH, NGRI, NRSA, BDL, DRDL and I.I.TS. ROBOTICS Workshops ARE ENCOURAGED FOR OUR STUDENTS IN THE Institutes like I.I.IT, Hyderabad etc.
